It has been drawn to my attention that there are three new Country/Game Fairs in the calendar this year.
In order to build up my bank of working Spinoni owners, and in anticipation of the organisers putting on gundog parades and/or gundog breed displays, I am asking for volunteers to represent Italian Spinoni at these events.
Please do let me know if you feel able to represent the breed at a game fair – you should be able to describe the particular working style and characteristics of Spinoni in relation to the general HPR sub-group; and have friendly dogs which don’t mind being stroked and patted by the general public.
If you feel that being the sole breed representative is a step too far but would be happy to accompany a more experienced Spinone handler then do please contact me too.
